sometimes when board is changed , you may see this happens.
just end task dialogic service from task manager. then check if dialogic is detected in device manager
if you dont see any device in device manager , you may see an unknown device
update device driver from c:\programfiles (x86)\Dialogic\driver
then open DCM and push start button.
