Streaming problem with 3PCC mode.

Hello,

I have a problem with 3PCC mode.
I am with a SU393 version.

I was working before in 1PCC mode and I switched to 3PCC mode because I wanted to manage SDP fields.
I have an application that answers an incoming call, plays an audio message, and then saves a message to a file.
With 1PCC mode, the operation is correct.
With 3PCC mode, the incoming streaming direction (to a voice device) does not work (the recorded audio file only has silence).
I checked with Wireshark the RTP streams and they are correct.
I made a trace that I put in attachment.
I think I have a problem with the IPM device configuration.
I put in an attached file this trace.

Can someone help me.

A big thank you in advance

Yvan

From a very brief look I suspect part of the issue could be that you are not specifying the LOCAL RTP address and port to be used in the ipm_StartMedia call in this case. Also, make sure that match the address of which you had selected in the "default IP address" tab of the HMP device property sheet in the DCM.

Hi,

Just a note that all JCT/ DM3 products used on SR (including DMV1200) were sold to Sangoma on January 9, 2018.    Sangoma now provides technical support and services for the D/4 card.    Please work with Sangoma direct for all support related requests and assistance.  Please contact Sangoma Support at 920-886-8130 and follow the IVR prompts to reach the CCD product support group or visit Sangoma's web site at www.sangoma.com/support for available support options.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for your response.

I checked the address and it is correct in the DCM.

I have a driver that in 1PCC and it works and a driver in 3PCC that does not work, with the same settings in the DCM.

Hi,

I found my problem.

It was the Payload of the G711 coder that was not good.

I positioned it well and it works now.

Jeff, thank you for your help

I got the freeze screen when installing the HMP in the windows server 2016.

I had tried different versions (387, 385, 382, 375, ...) but got the same result.

I have a DMV1200 PCIe that was connected to a Panasonic PBX to PRI card and was working great.

Now I connect DMV1200 to a watson E1 modem.

protocol is NET5 , I disabled CRC , changed user to network but none of them worked.

how can I realize what is the problem .

It's not clear what the hardware and software configuration is from this thread.    The DMV board and HMP software are not compatible.   The DMV boards use something called the System Release Software.  Note that the DMV product line sold to Sangoma.   Please visit Sangoma's web site at www.sangoma.com/support for available support options.

Sangoma does make an HMP enabled board which is compatible with HMP software.

TAPI wave/in and wave/out device under Windows 10 pro

Hello,

i have the problem when i want to use TAPI 2 & 3, i always get the same device id's for "wave/in" and "wave/out". So when i want to capture (transmit) audio i.e. by an voicebox, the audio data is written out to my speaker and not transmitted to the other side's phone.

When inserting a TAPI device in configuration manager i also get an error that the wave driver couln't be installed, so i had to install them manually.

How to fix this?

Regards

Martin

Hi,

I need to set SIP header after receive response to INVITE with 4xx code.

I work in 3PCC mode and with SU 395

When i receive this code, i call gc_dropCall and HMP send automaticaly ACK paquet. I need to set "Via" header and "User-Agent" header.

I tried a lot of combinaison with gs_SetUserInfo, but nothing work.

Maybe someone found a sequence that works.

Thanks in advance

Yvan

H,

I have a problem with the Ack response of an redirection response (302).

HMP send Ack without "VIA" header.

I don't know how can i do to set VIA header before gc_dropCall.

This typically can be seen when the incorrect IP address is selected for RT streaming on the "default ip address" tab of the HMP device property sheet in the DCM.

Trying to get HMP 3.0 SU 395 running on a windows 2019 standard server. Formally ran HMP on server 2008r2.

I get these errors in the log when i try to intiate a call (seems to connect, just no voice prompts). The channels all seem to start properly (using an 80 port standard license).

Hey that was it - thanks! The ipv6 address was being picked up and selected first by the DCM - I guess it depends on the network adapter setup. I disabled the unused network connections in the control panel (server 2019) and also disabled ipv6 feature for the ethernet connection, which dropped the ipv6 address from being shown and selected by DCM. Thanks again!

Vulnerabilities in Dialogic HMP for Windows Service Update 395 installer

Hi All,

We use dialogic HMP for one of our product. Recently we found that Dialogic HMP for Windows Service Update 395 installer includes and installs FlexNet. It is used by Dialogic Standalone License Server. As reported in the link below FlexNet version used by Dialogic HMP for Windows is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

https://www.tenable.com/plugins/nessus/128148

Flexera FlexNet Publisher < 11.16.2 Multiple Vulnerabilities includes:

  • Denial of Service vulnerability
  • Remote Code Execution vulnerability

The solution is to upgrade to FlexNet version 11.16.2 or later.

Can Dialogic team update Dialogic HMP for Windows installer to include the latest version of FlexNet?

Hi,

We are aware of this issue and have already looked at that the process of changing the internal flexlm version used in this case. Its hopeful to be released in the next SU out the door. Timeframe for that is not known at this time though as the release itself has other dependencies which need to be met.

RE: Change RTP Port

Hi All,

I'm going to renew the original question on how to change RTP port range for HMP 4.1. "System Configuration" chapter 8.4 seems to be about SNMP.

I've tryed to change the base port inside <license file>.config file, but the value is restored to the previous one when the ipmedia starts.

Thanks,

Roberto

Dialogic HMP 4.1 On Centos 7.6 / 7.7

Hello

I am trying to install HMP 4.1 onto Centos 7.6 running on a VirtualBox VM. There are no Dialogic hardware cards as I am using the IP interfaces, the problem seems to be that the HMP is not seeing my ethernet interfaces, a similar installation on Centos 6.9 works fine and if I run the command show interface ethernet in the CLI I see the ethernet interfaces, if I run that command on the Centos 7.6 installation the result is Interface not available.

I have been running around in circles for a day or two now, I have removed and reinstalled the Dialogic software twice now and no change, from the release notes it looked like support for Centos 7.1 was introduced back in 2018, I am installing patch level 272 which is just a couple of months old.

Any pointers or a solution gladly received.
